Event Photography
Before we photograph your event, we plan as much as possible in advance.
I want to know the kinds of images you would like, and we will discuss all the different ways you could use them, and then we will plan for your preferences.
Will we create a Book or Album to spark warm memories over the years? Are we shooting for fun Artwork to bring you a smile each day? Do we want small prints for family members? Are we making images for your business’ website, lobby, hallways & social media? Are these images souvenirs for guests? Do we want photographs retouched (blemishes & stray hairs removed, wrinkles softened, etc.) or not (less expensive)?
Each photograph purchased will include a digital file perfectly sized for social media.
Your event will have its own online Gallery where guests may download these social media files.
We will make hundreds (or thousands) of photographs at your Event.
We will winnow these down so your purchase includes only the best.
Guests may also purchase photographs, Albums, & Artwork
directly from your online Gallery :)
Event Pricing
Candid Photography (Photojournalism)
Unretouched, not posed, capturing action & expressions in the moment. Includes optional Book or 5x7 Prints. Explore our additional or alternative ways to remember your Event: Artwork, Albums or Boxes. Every photograph purchased includes its social media digital file for sharing online.
$ 1500 minimum
15 Photographs $100 each up to 1 hour of Photography
25 Photographs $80 each up to 2 hours
50 Photographs $60 each up to 3 hours
100 Photographs $40 each up to 5 hours
200 Photographs $35 each up to 8 hours
Mixed Posed & Candid Photography (Documentary Style)
As above + includes posed photographs with your candids.
$ 2500 minimum
25 Photographs $100 each up to 2 hours
50 Photographs $80 each up to 3 hours
100 Photographs $60 each up to 5 hours
200 Photographs $40 each up to 8 hours

You will be charged the minimum for that Event + WA Sales tax
to reserve your Event Date.

Event Photographs are not "retouched" ~
Retouching service is available at
$40 per photograph.
Retouching removes blemishes & stray hairs, softens wrinkles, whitens teeth & brightens eyes & evens skin tone.
We remove background distractions if desired & possible ~
& we can even diminish features that aren't... at a flattering angle.
Purchase of Event photographs for Artwork, Albums, Boxes, or Small Spaces includes Retouching.
