Eastlake High School Senior Portraits - Olivia

July 18, 2017  •  Leave a Comment

Crazy! Just crazy! Time flies - I had soooo much fun with Olivia at our Downtown Seattle Senior Portrait photoshoot!  Be sure to scroll to the bottom to see the little slideshow video :) We started with hair & make up at Gene Juarez, with fun stylists Chi, Raquel, and Marcela.

Further downtown, and a stop at 5th Avenue Theatre for Olivia's love of musicals:

The 5th Avenue managers and staff were so kind, we had our appointment and they welcomed us to use their enormous gorgeous & ornate lobby.  Acting in musicals is one of Olivia's passions.  She has thoroughly immersed herself in the drama club at Eastlake High School, with tight knit friendships and really outrageously professional shows, it's an impressive program!

A particularly favorite spot for both Olivia & me was selected prior to our trip, based on photos with Daniel in this alley last Fall:

It's so fun to photograph a person from Eastlake High School's drama club , Olivia easily used her props for the camera.  But don't kid, it's for real!  It would be silly to just "pose" with a prop, I love musical instruments during senior shoots because the air is filled with music :)

Flowing fabric is another favorite of mine.  So here we have Olivia's street clothes and Pioneer Square's gritty 100 year old brick walls with Olivia's ballet form & flying fabric.  Olivia & I both loved making these!

At this point in the evening, we cruise back through the streets, looking forward to sunset and the city lights beginning to shine:

At our Planning Session, both Olivia & I had loved the rooftop-at-night shots of Garret & the Seattle city lights, which inspired Olivia's own rooftop-at-night shots with the city lights:

Social Media ImageSocial Media Image Beautiful Olivia.  I'm so pleased to have made these portraits for you.  Your trust is humbling, thank you.  I'm so grateful to God for the end result, I can do nothing without my Jesus.  I'm glad we could honor His creativity - He designed YOU!  He must be so proud :)  You are a lot of fun and I'm way excited to see what your senior year brings into your life!!  My prayer for you is that He will ease any stress that comes with college applications and all the huge life changes and decisions to be made this year.  May He give you peace and reward your trust in Him.  xoxo!   The slideshow of our downtown adventure:
